Recipient Groups
You can group multiple recipients into a single group for an effective management using recipient groups. Recipients can be members of multiple groups. You can also nest recipient groups by adding one recipient group to another. When Notification sends a notification to a recipient group, the notification is sent to all recipient users and recipient devices within that recipient group and its contained recipient groups.
- General: Displays the name of the recipient group.
- Availability (Available only for Reno plus license users):Displays the status of the recipient group.
- Members: Displays the details of the members associated with the corresponding recipient group.
- Group Membership: Displays the details of the groups associated with the corresponding recipient group.
General Expander for Recipient Groups
This section displays the general properties of the selected recipient group.
- Name: Displays the name of the recipient group. For example, Group 1.
Members
This section displays the recipients that are members of the selected recipient group.

1 | Filter | Allows the user to filter the recipients per their types. For example, users and groups. |
2 | Type | Displays the recipient types. For example, users and groups. |
3 | Name | Displays the name of the recipient. |
4 | State (Only available for Reno Plus licence users) | Displays the state of the recipient. |
5 | Search | Allows the user to search for a particular recipient. |
Group Membership
The Group Membership expander displays the name of the recipient group to which the corresponding recipient user is associated.

1 | Type | Displays the type of the recipient. |
2 | Name | Displays the name of the associated recipient group. |
3 | State | Displays the state of the recipient. |
4 | Add | Displays various available recipient groups. The recipient can also be associated with any group. |
5 | Remove | Removes the selected recipient group. |
NOTE:
A recipient user can be a member of multiple groups.
Group Membership Dialog Box
The Group Membership dialog box allows you to associate a recipient user with the configured recipient groups.
You can add an individual recipient as a member of multiple groups. However, including a recipient as a member of any group is optional. You can also remove the existing group membership.
