You have configured the destination (file, email, or printer) to which you want to route the report output.
In System Browser, select Application View.
Select Applications > Logics > Macros.
The Macro tab displays.
Drag the report definition from System Browser into the Macro tab. This will cause a new row to be created.
In the Property field, select Last Run and select Execute in the Command field.
Click Save As to save the macro.
The macro is saved and displays below the Macros node.
Select the saved macro from System Browser.

Click the Extended Operation tab and ensure that the Operational Status property is enabled. Thereafter, click the Execute button next to the Activity Status property.
The macro executes and the report is generated and routed to the configured destination.
