Configure the General Settings of the Event Settings Rule

You must specify the automated actions that will happen when this rule applies.

  1. In the Event Settings tab, open the General Settings expander.
  2. Specify the values for the following fields:
    • Priority
    • On new event
    • On new higher priority event
    • Close treatment when and Timeout (sec)
    • User Groups and Stations filters
