Incident Templates

This section describes procedures to configure an incident template.

Update or Delete an Incident Template

  1. One or more incident templates are configured.
  1. Select Applications > Notification > Incident Templates.
  2. Select the incident template to be updated or deleted.
  3. The Incident Template Editor tab displays.
  4. Perform either of the following steps:
    • Delete the Incident Template by clicking Delete .
  5. Click Save .
