Create Incident Templates

  1. Select Applications > Notification > Incident Templates.
  • The Incident Templates tab displays.
  1. Click Create .
  • The Create New Object dialog box displays.
  1. From the Child Type drop-down list, select Incident Template and enter a name for the Incident template.
  • The name is automatically set as the description in the Description field.
  1. Click OK.
  • The incident template is created and displays in the System Browser.
  1. Open the Incident Template Trigger expander. Define the trigger rules. For more information, refer to Create an Incident Trigger Rule from the Incident Trigger Rules section.
  1. Click Save .
  • The incident template is created.
