  1. In System Browser, select the Manual navigation check box.
  1. Select Management View.
  1. Select Project > System Settings > Organization Modes.

    Active=Occupied and Inactive=Unoccupied.
  • Now you can configure a weekly schedule where you specify, for each day of the week, what times of day correspond to Inactive, and what times of day correspond to Active. Initially, each day of the week is set entirely to the Inactive value (Unoccupied).

  1. Repeat steps 11-13 above for the remaining days of the week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
  • The schedule that you create in this way will repeat on a weekly basis. For example, the time ranges you set for the Thursday will repeat every Thursday.
  1. Click Save .
  • The Save Object As dialog box displays.
  1. In the Name field, enter Facility occupied 8-17 on weekdays.
